In 1998, unpredictable events command major operational changes and management restructuring. Thanks to the unfailing cooperation of the personnel, not only does the company maintain its direction, but it also manages to increase its rhythm. Moreover, they bring in tools that will consolidate their assets and enable them to take innovative actions.  In that perspective, they engage into a reflection process that will lead to the implementation of the AVP process.

Added Value Production means questioning every corporate processes and developing new production, manufacturing and administration techniques.  Offices are reshaped during Fall 2002 while state-of-the-art equipment offering much more performance is installed in February 2003. AVP process also involves rigorous quality control procedures bearing only one goal in mind: customers’ entire satisfaction.

Cuisines BeauRegard is undeniably a leader in the field. In fact, it is granted the 2004 “Distinction Prize – Large Manufacturer category” awarded by the Chambre de Commerce de Haute-Yamaska et région. Synonym of quality, it is CAA approved residential supplier.

In addition to the Head office in Granby, the company expands with a brand new showroom within Maison Éthier store in Saint-Basile-le-Grand as of June and opens up a third location on Place Nobel in Boucherville in November.

Founders pass on the flame to a capable team. As of January, Jocelyne Giguère and Sylvain Brunelle will jointly manage the company. The new partners intend to carry on the original mission. And to highlight this transition, the web site is revamped!
