Not so very long ago, the majority of kitchen designs were limited to a single material that was used in all the furniture. People selected wooden, melamine or thermoplastic cabinets – all in the same colour… and all modules of the installtion were made of this material.

While this style is still quite widespread, it has not been uncommon over the past few years to find kitchens that use a single material – but in two or three different colours. In addition, very trendy kitchens featuring a combination of two or three distinct cabinet materials are frequently seen nowadays.
